We’re a growing, family-owned plumbing company looking for a dependable, people-focused Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. This role is a key part of our daily operations and offers an opportunity for growth as our company continues to expand.

Position Details:

Part-time with potential for full-time

In-person position only

Must be available starting 7:30 AM

Tuesdays & Thursdays required

Occasional Saturdays (phone travels with you; no office presence required)

Must be flexible to work full-time hours when needed

What You’ll Do:
The Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers and a critical link between our office and field technicians. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Answering phones promptly and professionally

Booking and dispatching service calls efficiently

Supporting technicians throughout the day

Communicating clearly with customers

Ensuring every customer feels heard, cared for, and informed

Light administrative support
