Strongsville City Schools Transportation Department is looking for Substitute Bus Aides to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work occasionally and on a flexible, as-needed basis.

How It Works

• We contact you when a substitute aide is needed. If you're available, great—we'll put you on the schedule! If you're not available, that's completely okay.

• No need to commit to working every time you're called.

• Work when your schedule allows!

Typical Hours

Morning: Approximately 6:00–9:10 a.m.
Afternoon: Approximately 1:45–4:15 p.m.

Assignments and hours may vary based on transportation needs.

What We're Looking For

Someone who is:

• Dependable and responsible

• Patient and comfortable working with students

• Safety-minded

• Positive and willing to be part of a team

Ideal candidate: Someone who is dependable, patient, safety-minded, and comfortable working with students.
Training is provided!
