This position is responsible for ensuring outstanding member service by projecting a positive image when greeting members in person or on the phone.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members promptly and in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate follow through so members are met promptly by the appropriate staff.
  • Answer all calls, text and chat notifications; resolve questions or direct members to the correct area or staff member.
  • Process and distribute mail.
  • Maintain inventory and office supply stock for the office.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as required including generating correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, labels, forms, etc.
  • Utilize Credit Union procedures and computer applications include email, internet, Word, Excel, database and system software.
  • Maintain up-to-date list of employees, telephone and extension list.
  • May serve as a notary.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effective on multiple platforms
  • Strong ability to multitask
